TERMS AND OTHER IMPORTANT FACTS AND DETAILS

To reserve an event: To reserve an event, we will email an invoice to confirm your reservation. A 50% deposit is due at time of booking, and is fully refundable upon cancellation. You will then receive a courtesy call the week prior to go over any last minute details or questions.
Payment: Payments can be made with business or personal checks, cash, Venmo, PayPal or any major credit card upon completion of event. Purchase orders with net 30 are accepted.
Standard additional insureds are $50. Request quote for additional insureds with special wording.
Difficult set ups: Difficult set ups more than 100 Feet from the vehicle or involving stairs, swing doors, elevators, etc., may be subject to a surcharge for extra staffing. You can avoid this surcharge by agreeing to staff a volunteer from your organization for both set up and take down.
Surface type: Grass set ups are preferred for petting zoos, but if it must be on asphalt or concrete, we will sprinkle hay over the ground and sweep up when we leave. If your require a tarp with hay on top for protection of carpet, tile or artificial turf please let us know. There is no charge for tarping if you feel it is necessary.
Out of service area: Events over 40 miles from our Palm Springs or Los Angeles locations may be subject to special pricing.
All day events: Please speak with a representative regarding shows over 4 hours.
Cancellation Policy: We never charge a cancellation fee. Cancellations are on the Honor System. We ask you to please give us your intent to cancel as early as possible. We appreciate a minimum of 48 to 72 hours notice, prior to your event. This allows us sufficient time to fill your spot. We understand that life happens, so if you must cancel, please contact our office @ 760 861-4818, and our friendly office staff will assist you. If we are unable to answer your call, please leave us a detailed voicemail with your name, date of your event, including your phone number, and we will return your call as quickly as possible.
